Refund Policy

As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy of VedIQSoft. When you buy any training course listed on www.vediqsoft.com or a part of VedIQSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and the points below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS TERMS: 

At VedIQSoft, we strive to provide high-quality online training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved:

1. Registration Fee:
   The fixed registration fee for each training session is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your place in the training program as well as 10 recodings of live sessions from previous batch.
2. Participant Cancellation:
   If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment.
3. Course Rescheduling:
   Participants who wish to reschedule their training session.
4. No-Show Policy:
   Participants who do not attend the training session without prior notice.
5. Violation of our Copyright policies:
   Access will be immediately revoked without a refund if we find any violation of our Copyright policies mentioned in our Terms & Conditions (Example: The training course has been shared with multiple users under a single registration or enrolment).
6. Refund Process:
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the course start date. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment only.

We reserve the complete right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situations like COVID-19, etc.)

Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Chennai (Andhra Pradesh). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Chennai (Andhra Pradesh), India
