Rescheduling Policy

As with any online purchase experience, below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy of VedIQSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. When you buy any training course listed on www.vediqsoft.com or a part of VedIQSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and the points below.

TRAINING RESCHEDULING

At VedIQSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality online training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved:

1. Course Rescheduling:
   Participants who wish to reschedule their training session must do so at least 1 day before the original training start date (The course starting date is mentioned on the respective training pages). Requests made within this period will be accommodated based on availability. Any rescheduling requests made less than 1 day before the training session start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional administrative fee based on the course selected.
2. No-Show Policy:
   Participants who do not attend the training session without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

Please Note – Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter hereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party, the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh). All and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh), India
